Palm Nectar Breweries Ltd., was established in 2013, in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with a very simple vision of transforming the old to the new. Developing a process to extract the pure essence of natural Raphia Palmwine, package and present it to Nigeria and the world.
We have studied the science of natural Raphia Palmwine extensively and designed a packaging process, based on international best practice, extreme hygiene and respect for the core essence of natural Raphia Palmwine.
We have added automated and semi automated steps, in the processing and presenting the final product.
We have laid very deep emphasis on maintaining the natural quality, incorporating community tappers, eliminating human contact and maintaining freshness.
We have taken care also, to incorporate traditional and modern methods side-by-side while respecting the life of Raphia trees, the environment and source communities.

Our palm wine is sourced directly from the swamps of Afam, Obigbo, Imo River, Ogoni, and Igbo-Etche—all located in Rivers State, Nigeria. The palm trees in these areas grow wild and naturally, free from fertilizers or chemicals.
Palm Nectar is bottled under hygienic and strictly controlled conditions with no sugar, water, saccharine, preservatives, or additives of any kind, nothing is added, guaranteed.
We use a unique heat-controlled stabilization technique that preserves freshness for up to 1 year without compromising the natural taste or safety of the drink.
